The accorsa folding table is a piece of furniture designed for resilience and mobility for conference and training rooms. Self-locking castors are linked to the movement pattern of the tabletop: when the unit is horizontal, the castors are automatically locked when it is tilted, the brakes are released so that the table can be easily moved for a change of location and storage. The additional brakes lever under the table top are released without tilting top and can be easily moved even for a little change of location, improving the mobility. Movement and locking mechanisms are hidden in the tabletop or legs for visual impact. The jury was impressed by the functional and self-explanatory mechanism, which remains hidden in the unobtrusive design.
