Zi Hui Taiwan

The book “Zi Hui Taiwan” illustrates the City of Taiwan with a combination of texts and drawings. The eight illustrations in total convey the lifestyle of the people, their everyday lives and cul-ture. There is no focus on any concrete visual features or individual city sights. Instead, the black-and-white images rich in detail also reflect the social and cultural values of the city and give the observer the feeling of gaining a holistic view and visual experience of Taiwanese city life.
