Mirrorless Camera
Z f
The Nikon Z f full-frame mirrorless camera is inspired by the iconic Nikon FM2 model, but is based on powerful digital technologies. Frequently used controls such as ISO sensitivity, shutter speed and exposure compensation, as well as the shutter-release button, are made of brass. The black surface finish of the adjustment dials develops a beautiful patina over time. The size of the grip has been minimised so as not to interfere with the handling of large lenses. The camera is available in various colours.
Statement by the Jury
By reinterpreting a classic model, the Nikon Z f succeeds in merging past and present into a technically advanced product.
