The X284C2 camera tripod has an extendable centre column that can be removed for lowering the camera position close to the ground. This lowered position also offers improved stability in strong winds, e.g. when shooting on high mountains or at the coast. The 40 mm ball head boasts a damping fine-tuning function and can handle loads of up to 25 kg, making it suitable for heavy film equipment. The tripod is equipped with interchangeable feet for different terrains. The jury praised the functional design of the modular tripod, which can be quickly adapted without tools for use in various scenarios.
