Welcome to Samsung Town
During the IFA 2019 in Berlin, “Welcome to Samsung Town” attracted the attention of visitors with its exhibition design featuring various digital interactive experiences. Visitors were invited to cross the bridge in the middle of the exhibition hall and view the entire Samsung Town with the “AR Observatory”, which provided the products’ location and information through augmented reality. At Samsung Town Square, visitors could also become citizens of the town. A corresponding app allowed them to take selfies and create their own avatars, which were transmitted in real time to Samsung Town for display on a huge interactive media wall.
