“Enduring, not ultimate form”: from “Industrieform” to Red Dot (1980 - 1997)
WaveForms
WAVEFORMS reflect the flow, currents, and forms of Riversdale waves through woven textiles. Using an 8-shaft table loom, it creates textured, transparent layers by delicately sanding down fibres. The design transforms audio recordings of waves into visual waveforms. Minimal colour is used, with light and backdrops giving the weaves their colour and life, evoking the ocean’s natural beauty.
