Owned by the Spanish Grupo LAR, VIVIA is a digital platform for letting and renting new-build projects. The brand identity is based on the promise of providing an “Easy Living” experience. Taking this as a starting point, the wordmark has been arranged in the shape of an arch, with the intention of conveying a sense of welcome, while the name itself is combined with the colour Orange Evening to express joie de vivre. At the same time, the symmetrical arrangement around the central dot suggests qualities such as balance and care. This equilibrium between joy on the one hand and clarity and simplicity on the other defines the entire brand identity and ensures a consistent appearance across all channels.
