The Verkada CB52-E and CB62-E outdoor surveillance cameras are equipped with wide-angle lenses, and the CB52-TE and CB62-TE models with telephoto lenses. As a result, these bullet cameras offer a large field of view and a powerful zoom for magnifying distant objects. All models have an aluminium unibody housing that protects the sensitive electronic components from environmental influences and vandalism. A system-on-a-chip with a coprocessor for video processing makes it possible to read vehicle number plates. The jury was impressed by the fact that the cameras are able to simultaneously monitor up to three lanes of traffic and reliably capture the number plates of vehicles travelling at speeds of 128 km/h.
