The water of Vellamo dates back to the Ice Age. As glaciers began melting, the water meandered through the ice and deep into the ground, filling an underground canyon which was only discovered by accident thousands of years later. The iconic design for the packaging of this water tells this unique story. The bottle is inspired by an ice block and reflects the blue colour of the glacier. An element which seems to be flowing from the top to the bottom represents the water running through the glacier. When looked at the bottle from the side, the canyon reveals itself.
