The key features of this chair are its extremely light weight of just a little over 1,660 grams and its durability. Based on ergonomic principles, the chair is made entirely of aluminium and is therefore easy to lift and move; an advantage that is particularly helpful for older users. The sturdy frame is manufactured with innovative free internal pressure casting technology, dubbed FiDU in German. A stand-out detail is the shape of the legs which are remarkable for their favourable balance of stability and weight.
