The TJSC Intelligent Production Line is a new type of production line for the manufacture of laptops. It comprises four areas: assembly, reliability and functional testing as well as automated packaging. Thanks to a degree of automation of over 60 per cent, a laptop is produced every nine seconds. New technologies such as Smart IoT, digital twins and AI enable efficient, digital management. Even with low lighting levels, the line designed with COB light strips and panel lights works reliably and energy-efficiently.
