Tang’s Cake Craftsmanship Exquisite Gift Box

The brand Tang’s Cake originates with the pastry craftsmanship of the Tang Dynasty in China, so the aim of this packaging design for a series of gift boxes is to let more young people feel the culture and vitality of the brand. It features well-known elements from the Tang Dynasty, such as sculptures of tricoloured horses and camels, the ancient painting “Five Oxen” and portraits of Tang Dynasty emperors, queens and ministers. Classic Chinese hues, including azure, white moon, pale green and dark blue, are given a contemporary interpretation through the addition of purple and light-pink colour blocks.
