Sustainable Waste Sorting Solution

A simpler and more effective sustainable waste sorting solution that adapts to every household. This is a waste sorting system that saves space and adapts to our daily lives. It divides a waste bin into different sorting compartments that flatten when not in use and expand with more waste. The compartments are portable for emptying separately or all at once. Because of the water and dirt repellent coating, no in-lay plastic bags are required. Inspired by the flexible construction of a python jaw, the system is available in a variety of adjustable configurations to best suit each home. Each compartment is clearly labelled with a pictogram and a colour assigned to each sorting category. It is also specifically designed to be made with industrial wood leftovers, recycled fabric and recycled plastic, demonstrating how a high-quality product can be produced on a large scale using materials that were previously classified as waste.
