The frame of the Superstrata bicycle consists of a single piece of carbon fibre composite formed using a 3D printing process – without joints, screws or adhesives – which means a gain for both the strength and the aesthetics of the bike. Each model is unique, as the frame is made specifically for the body measurements of the buyer. The durable structure made of the composite material is fully recyclable at the end of the bicycle’s life cycle.

The Superstrata bicycle is a good example of how sustainability, functionality and unconventional aesthetics can be brought together through modern manufacturing methods.
