If a child who wants to cycle somewhere by himself, this Smart bicycle design for children allows parents to create a cycling route for the child via a smartphone app. It helps parents keep track of the location and situation of the child in real-time. More importantly, this design helps children cycle in the right direction and makes sure they can find their way home. The handlebar of this bicycle is designed with an LED indicator. Once the route is set, the child only has to follow the instructions of the indicator, which will give advanced notice on the directions. Arrows light up to let the child know when and in which direction he or she should turn the handlebar. When a turn has to be made, the light flashes to remind the child to turn the handlebar.
