The ForCity Smart Bonn is a contemporary low-floor tram with swivelling bogies, specifically designed for the city of Bonn. The construction and design of the tram head increase safety for drivers and pedestrians, while the characteristic shape of the light and black mask create a distinctive appearance. Inside, durable padded wooden seats, wide, LED-illuminated entrances and large multi-functional areas enhance the travel experience. The driver’s cabin was developed with high ergonomic standards in mind.

Statement by the Jury

The ForCity Smart Bonn offers comfort to passengers with different needs, fitting well into the cityscape thanks to its exterior design.
