SharkMan wearable furniture

Sharkman boasts an innovative and experimental design exploring the possibilities of collapsible “soft furniture” to suit different situations. Responding to the need for flexible private space in the contemporary world, Sharkman creates an environment around the user, whether the user is seated, lying down or standing. The design may be altered to create complete privacy or be open to the world, depending on whether the user is using a laptop, reading a book, or having a nap. Not only does the design work as a flexible personal space, it is also able to transport the user’s personal belongings on the go. Two interior zips in the top and front allow the user to transform Sharkman into different shapes without outside help. Sharkman participated in the brainwaves exhibition in London Design Festival was awarded the Mayor of London’s International Student Award 2016.
