Sberbank ATM User Interface

The user interface for Sberbank ATMs was revised to motivate customers to switch to contactless operation. The user interface features an intuitive design with colourful micro-animations and personal prompts to avoid operating errors. Also, a biometric login and voice control were implemented. In addition, as the processes for obtaining a service have been simplified, the time spent at the machine is reduced. Moreover, when the plastic card expires, users can dispose of it at the ATM for recycling.
