Safety Inspection Robot

The SAFETY INSPECTION ROBOT intuitively raises its head in the same direction as the camera, enhancing its ability to detect issues from further distances. Four leg-like cylinders highlight the presence of the PnD modules and shield the robot from external collisions. Ventilation holes and bolted covers on both sides safeguard it from the factory environment. Uniquely capable of inspecting gauges, valves, and other components behind narrow fences, this robot corrects false readings caused by human error and reports any missed contaminants on the floor. Its three cameras, positioned at different heights, enable it to detect and notify users about issues related to pressure valves, gauges, switchboards, and foreign objects on the floor, such as stray bolts, nuts, and spills. Equipped with four PnD modules under its base, the SAFETY INSPECTION ROBOT performs these tasks while adeptly avoiding obstacles like the numerous AGVs and AMRs delivering automotive parts.
