Rossum Cafe introduces a concept that unites the science fiction flair of robotic technology with something rather ordinary: the drinking of coffee. As a stand-alone robotic coffee shop, it presents the conversion of a robotic arm into a barista, which delivers not only consistently prepared quality coffee but also a culinary experience, along with a modern take on design which resembles a journey into the future. In addition to a wide range of coffee specialities, Rossum Cafe also offers a distinctive customer experience and moreover represents a good business idea.

This robot barista is based on the coherent implementation of an unusual idea and draws its value in particular from the user experience.
