The Robam-825 is a built-in steriliser, especially designed for the requirements of the Chinese cooking environment. The purist front consists of a square door of black glass. Behind this is a large volume sterilisation chamber. In this, the crockery is sterilised within ten minutes by means of circulating ozone and then dried with hot air. Sterilisation with UV light is also possible and, thanks to a design of the interior panels that increase it by reflection, very efficient.
