Re water is a carafe whose form expresses both the value of drinking water and the importance of closed raw material cycles for the environment. “The vessel is made from high-purity glass that can be fully recycled without any loss of quality. Its design language simultaneously highlights the importance and beauty of water as an everyday element,” the jury emphasised. The central feature of the Re water is its base, which acts as a visual projection surface, creating reflections of water through light refraction when the carafe is moved. Developed for upscale dining, the object is manufactured at a glassworks.
