RAPTOR is an algorithmically generated protective face mask that is based on a 3D scan or CT scan and manufactured using 3D printing. It protects fractured facial bones throughout the healing period. Due to its foam inlay, the orthosis is lightweight, safe and comfortable. The combination of perforated and smooth areas creates a synergy between lightness and strength. A bevelled edge around the eye allows for an extended range of view. Adjustable straps are fitted to the orthosis using click locks.

Due to the 3D printing process based on individual data, the RAPTOR protective face mask ensures protection and high wearing comfort in equal measure.
