This testing device helps determine the most appropriate antibiotic therapy for sepsis patients. Instead of days, it takes just a few hours to test pathogens in the patients’ blood for susceptibility to various antibiotics. To save space in the laboratory, several units can be stacked on top of each other. The consistently designed shape with a slightly curved handle shows the user how and where to insert the cassette.
