QIAxcel Connect

The QIAxcel Connect automates the analysis of size and quality of isolated DNA and RNA, a formerly complex laboratory task. Users simply fill their samples into pre-made cartridges, feed them into the system and start the analysis. The results can be accessed conveniently from a computer. Already at first glance, the design communicates the simple way of operation. All components are positively integrated into the housing. According to the jury, this leads to “a clear styling whose message is not interrupted by any disturbing elements.” The composition is brightened up by rounded edges and a semi-transparent blue viewing window.
