Russian banking and financial services company Sber strived to react to the competitive global landscape of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions by taking a strictly mobile-first approach. “Pulse” was developed as a unified system that takes the user on a journey through different systems while completing mandatory tasks such as goal setting or holiday planning as well as optional tasks like career planning or training. Created with a human-centred design to maintain a consistent user experience, the platform features a contemporary GUI.
