Prism is one of the first CAM applications for the iPad. It manages the entire cycle of machining – programming, simulation, post-processing and export to NC code. The real-time feedback of the 3D interface allows nearly anyone to understand CNC programming. Prism also opens a new era of smarter manufacturing by being a product to offer “recipes” for CNC machines – allowing machining experts to package and mone­tise their expertise, and thus making the machining know-how of the industry available to anyone. Prism is a fully integrated solution that moderni­ses the machining process and reduces programming time by up to 94 per cent.
