“Our House Is On Fire” is an animated, illustrated kinetic typography video which visualises a speech by 16-year old climate activist Greta Thunberg at the World Economic Forum in 2019. It highlights the importance and urgency of the rising global temperatures and serves as a call to action to our lawmakers and citizens to act before it is too late. The project features a blend of illustrations and handwritten type, and uses the music “Ether Oar” by The Whole Other as an accompaniment to Greta Thunberg’s speech.
