The mechanical compression of the steel powder results in a strong blade that is 18 cm long and measures 2.3 mm at its thickest part. The corrosion-resistant steel stays durably sharp. The well-balanced kitchen knife is available with a choice of handles made of certified European wood, whose ergonomic properties allow intuitive cutting.
