The MY-HT5096H IH is an electrical pressure cooker with induction technology for the Chinese market. It has a pressure sensor which constantly monitors the cooker’s pressure. The pressure is indicated dynamically on a display. An electromagnetic valve controls an intermittent output air system and thus makes pressure compensation between cooker and atmosphere precisely controllable. Form and functionality of the cooker recall traditional Chinese cooking methods over an open fire.
