Corporate Identity
MMCA (National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea)
The corporate identity for the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea simplifies communication. To achieve this, the full name was abbreviated with the majuscules “MMCA”. A wide colour spectrum in combination with a versatile image language allows it to emotionally appeal to the target group. In visual aspects, the logo amplifies the sense of space and three-dimensionality through irregular shapes and expresses the future of the MMCA as a multi-cultural place. The unique contour of the logo is highly flexible for applying to a diverse range of promotional material. The museum identity aims to enable communication locally as well as globally.
