MECO - Efficient Online Communication

In the future, video meetings and collaboration will be even more integrated into daily working environments. However, a crucial problem that is faced today with virtual meetings is the lack of non-verbal communication. This is also what makes virtual meetings time-consuming and inefficient sometimes. MECO brings a new layer of non-verbal communication into video meetings. It consists of a digital software called MECO connect, which adds to the video conferencing software of choice and translates small body movements, such as a slight nod of agreement, into a new visual language. The second component is the MECO hand-held controller. It gives all meeting participants more opportunities to interact with each other more efficiently. At the same time, MECO records notes, feedback and questions from all participants without interrupting the conversation. This timeline can then be accessed afterwards for clarification or logging purposes. These new abilities for video conference systems will help people be more engaged during conversations and presentations, leading to a more productive and efficient meeting.
