On Time is a module within the Masternaut Connect service platform, which provides fleet managers and operators with insight and tools to track and optimise vehicle utilisation. It allows the monitoring of job schedules as they are being planned and carried out in order to respond to live developments and optimise scheduling workflows. The user experience design is based on comprehensive customer feedback such as through interviews and user testing. It has been validated and refined through prototypes and various UI designs.
