Designed as an integrated component of the Mac Pro, the form factor of the module enables a larger heat sink, which works in concert with the machine’s internal airflow to dissipate heat in a remarkably quiet way. This enables demanding users to complete numerous tasks faster when working on huge, processing-intensive projects, such as animating 3D film content, compositing 8K scenes or building lifelike game environments.

In case of the Mac Pro, all elements combine to form an enormously powerful overall system. Consistently integrated into the special architecture of the space frame and removable aluminium housing, all connectivity and expansion options are easily accessible to users. Equipped with powerful components, the Mac Pro offers a new workflow approach that allows tackling many demanding applications from GPU rendering to machine learning and particle simulations.
