This self-service tray was developed in response to the fact that canteens and restaurants are switching to portioning foods for hygiene reasons. The tray makes it possible to transport several courses in a way that ensures they don’t slip. The ergonomic design meanwhile makes it easier to grip with one thumb on the top and the rest of the hand spread across the bottom, thereby evenly distributing the weight. This robust tray is made from wood and polypropylene composite, is available in five colours and is recyclable.
