Lotte Home Shopping is a South Korean commerce platform that started from TV home shopping. To reflect the change, the company updated its brand identity to provide a consistent shopping experience across all media. Based on the newly established brand essence of “Making Connection”, an extendable L-shaped graphic element that integrates the different channels and a visual system that metaphorically represents the expansion of the retail experience were created. The graphic element can be extended to various media such as TV UI and mobile. As a result, customers can instantly recognise the brand in any environment.
