Inspired by the comic figure La Linea of the Italian Osvaldo Cavandoli, Nick-Knack is a playful, versatile floor lamp which can be made into 16 different forms, according to mood. By means of two angled hinges the lamp can be bent by hand – for direct or indirect light. Six dimmable, powerful LEDs spread a warm-white light. The lamp is available in various colours and a soft-touch version.
Statement by the Jury
This lamp, in its base position extremely linear, amazes with its flexible bending properties, which makes it not only very functional but also leads to ever new sculptures.
