The LightQ lighting system consists of tiny, zoomable spotlights with IoT functionality. These come with an adapter offering integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology so that an app can be used to dim the lights and select individual lighting effects. The sleek body makes it easy to target and adjust the light, while the beam angle has a range of 10 to 40 degrees, so it can provide both accent and ambient lighting. The spotlights can be configured at will on their bracket and are easy to install or move.
Statement by the Jury
The wireless operation of this lighting system achieves high value in use. The pared-back design vocabulary is very pleasing and gives the lights an unobtrusive elegance.
