This air purifier mask has a built-in sensor which measures the wearer’s respiratory cycle and volume and helps him or her breathe. The manufacturer-specific design features have been rigorously improved in this second-generation model. In contrast to its predecessor, the powered fans are integrated into the mask and are no longer visible from outside, which gives it a smooth, enclosed shape. Moreover, the weight of the mask has been reduced. Based on a comprehensive analysis of facial shape, the ergonomic design minimises air leakage at the nose and the chin without influencing the wearer’s comfort.
