LABSWURST /WEISSKAUS
The headquarters of Mutabor are in Hamburg, and the first client came from Munich. The agency placed this north–south connection at the heart of its Christmas mailshot. The traditional foods “Labskaus” and “Weißwurst” were sent as a meal in a tin with a seasonal card. The label and the card were designed in a vector-graphic style with iconic pictograms symbolising typical elements from northern and southern Germany. The pictograms and the coloured design highlight the characteristics of north and south, yet create a harmonious whole through clever interaction.
