La Boule

La Boule is a new edition of a tableware collection launched in 1971. It merges an iconic language of form with a functional idea: Stacking the tableware creates a spherical arrangement that covers the tableware needs for two persons. The collection is available in black, white and black-and-white, as well as in the so-called Memphis version. The black-and-white edition features an attractive combination of glossy white and matt black surfaces, while Memphis sets colourful accents.

Statement by the Jury

Based on an unconventional design concept, La Boule is characterised by a highly independent aesthetic that is both visually appealing and pleasant to the touch.
