In modern offices, there are often workstations not assigned to a specific user. The Kleeo desk manager helps to find a free workstation by signalling where capacities are available. To do this, it is placed on a desk and indicates by writing and colour code in red, green or yellow whether a place is occupied, free or already booked, or in blue if no disturbance is desired. Alternatively, the app can be used to find out where a free workplace is located. “The design language reduced to the essentials and the effective way in which the necessary information is conveyed to the user distinguish this product,” the jury found.
