Decorative Foil Veneer

KIRI

Back Download

KIRI is designed to be a resource-efficient replacement for hardwood veneer. It is produced by printing a high-resolution wood grain onto a special decorative paper. It is then coated, glued to a substrate such as MDF, plywood or particleboard, and can be stained, finished and applied to furniture and the like, just like natural wood veneer. According to the manufacturer, the use of KIRI veneer significantly reduces the overall environmental impact, and there is virtually no waste during production. KIRI impressed the judges with its natural look and feel as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional wood veneers.
