The electronic pelvic floor exerciser Innovo strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. The device does not require any insertable electrodes; instead, straps with self-adhesive gel pads are attached to thighs and buttocks during the exercise. The straps are connected by cable to a portable controller, which sends targeted impulses in order to trigger effective contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. So as to ensure a correct fit of the gel pads, the straps feature corresponding markings.
