The inCafe T coffee robot consists of an oval table, an espresso machine with a milk frother and two mechanical arms for preparing coffee specialities while artfully decorating the surface with milk foam. The robot learns through AI and big data how to imitate the art of a barista. Not only can it design latte art patterns with reliably consistent quality, but it can also expand its portfolio autonomously. A smartphone app is used to order the drink and initiate the impressive preparation process, which the user can then watch.
