IBM Urban Art Cloud

Urban Art Cloud is a simple and intuitive media art installation. It allows users to create art on the façades of buildings or 3D objects, exhibit them in a virtual art gallery and share them with friends. The installation consists of a digital canvas, a special painter app, projection mapping and the cloud-based art gallery. The painter app allows freehand drawing as well as the use of digital art and graphic libraries. During their creation the artworks are already being projected live, before being uploaded to the virtual art gallery together with the artist’s portrait. Thanks to its responsive design, Urban Art Cloud runs on any smartphone, tablet and desktop computer.
