HR-Platform Pulse

Pulse is a platform for HR processes that runs on different operating systems and devices, and covers more than 40 topics such as holiday planning, continuous education and goal setting. It is characterised by a comprehensive design system that is fully scalable and supports a wide range of monitors and projectors. The barrier-free platform offers both dark and light themes as well as a clearly structured layout for self-explanatory navigation. The visual language includes design elements that are tailored to the respective context and user, ensuring individual user experiences.
