The single-gas detector has been designed to be easy to service. Filters and sensors can be changed from the front of the unit without tools. Its compact design provides long life in extreme environments. If gas is detected, then the device gives an alert through an illuminated light ring, along with vibrating and audio alarms. When paired with a smartphone, the device transfers data in real time and thus enables remote monitoring of the worker’s safety.
