Medical User Experience Redesign,Health Solution
HandInScan
HandInScan aims to objectively measure and improve the hand hygiene practices of hospital staff. The goal was to teach users a proper technique for disinfection and thus decrease the number of hospital-acquired infections. In order to motivate staff members to use the device regularly, the entire product appearance has been redesigned to lend it an emotional appeal and to eliminate any need to touch the hardware. The new user experience innovatively connects the digital and physical worlds and strongly improves human behaviour.
