Hafnia-Hallen is a large multi-purpose sports centre, located in Valby Idrætspark in Copenhagen. Previously known as “Club Danmark Hallen” (Club Denmark Halls), the building has reopened under a new name and visual identity. Complementary to the new architecture, the visual identity shows clean lines, vibrant colours and a clear-cut typography with a bold yet informal look and feel. The design concept is based on an adaptation of iconic floor line markings of different types of courts, fields and tracks and is carried through in both the dynamic logo mark, as well as the signage and signposting. The organic lines which guide the way indicate direction in a straightforward manner, giving a sense of effortless motion through the centre.
